Hindustan Motors launches Mitsubishi`s Outlander in India
The ‘Outlander’ is now forayed Indian after testing the markets in North America, Japan, Australia, Canada and West Europe. The Mitsubishi Outlander is a proven and worldwide successful SUV. This vehicle has played a significant role in further increasing Mitsubishi Motors` credentials around the globe.
The Outlander offers a maximum power of 170 PS/6000 rpm and is equipped with a flat torque of 226 N-m/4100 rpm. The All Wheel Control (AWC) of this latest offering is fitted with 2.4 litre, 16 valve MIVEC (Mitsubishi Innovative Valve Timing and Electronic Control system) PETROL engine.
The cost of Mitsubishi Outlander is set at Rs 20.2 lakhs (ex showroom price) across India. Which makes it in the comparable to Honda CRV, Hyundai Tucson & Chevrolet Captiva.

Be careful if you decide to buy this car. Everything is good about this car but you will not get some spare parts that are not fast moving in India. HM or any of the dealers do not stock it and they import it from Japan. This will take 15-20 days for you to get the repair done and your car will be lying idle.
